(a) To manufacture sugar from sugarcane and sugar beet and to purchase, sell and
deal in sugar, sugarcane, sugarbeet and molasses.
(b) To produce and raise sugar cane, sugar beet and other crops.
(c) To carry on business as distillers, manufacturers and dealers in rectified spirit,
Royal Heritage Liqueur, country liquor and Indian Made Foreign Liquor.
MANAGEMENT
The Company is managed by the Board of Directors and the members of the Board are
appointed by the Govt. of Rajasthan, Secretary, Finance (Revenue) is appointed ex-officio
Director-in-Charge of the Company. At present, there are ten Directors on the
Board of the Directors of the Company.
