Distillery
means premises where Liquor is distilled and includes
every place therein where Liquor is stored or
wherefrom it is issued. Any person desiring to
establish a manufacturing unit (Distillery) in
the State of Rajasthan has to apply for its licence
to the Excise Commissioner through the District
Excise Officer on payment of the prescribed fees.
For establishing Distilleries, the party has
to obtain proper License from the Rajasthan Excise
