Bottling: To bottle means to transfer from vessel to a bottle, jar, flask or other receptacle for the purpose of sale whether any process of manufacture or rectification be employed or not and bottling includes rebottling.

Any person desiring to establish a manufacturing unit (Bottling Plant) in the State of Rajasthan has to apply for its licence to the Excise Commissioner through the District Excise Officer on payment of the prescribed fees. The applicant has to submit following documents to apply to get licence along with an application:
