| The Excise
Department issues various types of licenses for
manufacturing, trading of Foreign Liquor, Indian
Made Foreign Liquor, Beer, Spirit, Molasses, Bhang
LPH etc. The licence is an authorization to a
person, firm, association of persons, company
engaged in production/trade of that particular
excisable goods in the State of Rajasthan.
From 31-8-2009 onwards, there
is restriction in Jaipur and Alwar district
on establishment of new Distilleries/Breweries/Bottling
Plants.
